Muffle Pipe?

Is there an easy way to muffle a Mac's .12 pipe or should I just go to a Mac's muffled pipe. ??? I assume that even the 12s will have to be quieted down for competition.

i think people have been using some rubber exaust elbow.... maybe glenn will tell us how it is done.
