For a .45 or larger .67 tunnel I would recommend a minimum of 180 oz. of torque and metal gears. The Hitec HS-755MG is a quarter scale metal gear analog rated at 200oz. so it works fine. $40 at Servo City.

I can't seem to paste the link but search Hobbypartz.com and go to servos then metal gear servo's and look at the specs and prices on the Solar D772 and larger EXI B1228. I have used them for a couple years and they work very well. The 772 is a standard size metal gear digital, coreless motor with 368 oz. torque @(6v) for $24. The B1228 is analog 1/4 scale metal gear with 208oz. torque for $14. I won't buy a Hitec or Futaba anymore. If you want waterproof loosen the case and silicone it back together, then take an o-ring or short piece of fuel tube under the servo arm to seal it. (Corrosion X if you rather.
