    Has anything been done to the bottom of it , how much weight have you added and where did you put it , what pipe are you running all these are factors also . A worked over 4763 would be a good starting point

    Probably the best idea is to set it up with the can muffler and run it that way in 3 classes if you want to , swapping out a can muffler to a tuned pipe is during a race is not all that fun bc I'm sure the needle setting is gonna change a bit

    I'm not sure we order from a dental supply company , the stuff we get today is hard as a rock but it is not as hard as it was 20 years ago .

    What you are talking about is called die-stone , some pretty tough stuff when mixed with water

    Rod , what gear ratio did you go with ? also i believe 9/32 brass tubing will fit where the teflon liner goes , the pin that holds the drive dog on needs to be replaced  as they are pretty weak

    Carl  the early cranks were small they were 12mm the later ones are 13mm just like the OS takes the same bearings . I got a small crank one that will out mph the bigger crank same boat same prop

    chris the bx-r is the buggy motor tt made that are no longer available you should be able to convert any pull start buggy motor to fit on the tt lower , good luck finding a new tt pro outboard piston and sleeve. ask on here or on Facebook somebody might have some laying around not many people...
