I know she wasnt running to her specs, I was still breaking her in. The needle was set 1 3/4 out. it has the 21d carb big bor. I don't think it was running hot??? Not sure.

I did notice that the colet was loose, coming apart...... flywheel-colet.. So OS is probly not going to do anything for me then huh..... Owners mistake.. That sucks

sorry for the picture quality. The part of the piston that connects to the crank. I've only had it for 2 months. Going to see if os will give me a new motor. On the inseide of the block there are some scratches, grooves. Everything else looks to be ok.

well cracked her open and guess what I found, Some broken pieces yahhhh... Fantastic, hopefully os will take her back and send a new one. If they don't I am financially unable to fix her. Thanks for all the help guys.

Cut the exhaust down a lil more, sounds great. and since I cut it down a lil more, I was able to put the exhaust pipe back into the original spot. Too bad I already cut the Cowl. Ohh well now for a lil fun. Looks pretty good..... Don't know if I'll keepit like this. probly just buy a new one.
