If you have not sealed the boat, do so now on one side (top or bottom), sit on wax paper and put a bunch of weight on it to hold it flat and let it cure, then do the other side and keep it flat with lots of weight till dry. that should help a bunch. Make sure you do this on a VERY flat surface.

It's my understanding that it can't be cut from vinyl due to the shape (it won't lay flat) I ended up painting mine. -Chris

Do you have the cowl secured at the rear with screws? If not I'd highly recommend it. I've destroyed (and then rebuilt the cowl with FG cloth and epoxy) mine with it just being velcro'd on. I've since cut some aluminum post and mounted on the rear (like you would mount a body on an RC car) and...

Any idea how much it needs to be offset? I've got a TFL that I was planning on putting on a G30. Should I plan to find another outboard lower end or is there hope?
