What kind of foam should I use to make a mold so I can make a cowling

Was wanting to know if anyone had any ideas where I can obtain a cowl and wing set for the 92 tide i already know about rc boat co and wood over foam but wanting any other ideas of maybe some one who has its for a gas scale size

I will probably go with mike's kit anyway

have the gas version needs a little weight in the nose still working it out
