Also simply stating things like "I'm interested" or "I have a question" does not constitute an offer!! If you are seriously interested in buying say something like "I'll take it pending answer to question".

I have plenty of different year CMB 90 and Evo motors, enough to know that I can always use it, as it will fit one of them... So it wasn't even a question for me. If I did have a question, I would have stated "I'll take this pending a question"

Others have the same opportunity to make a purchase as anyone else does.
The rule states, if you are serious about buying something and have a question, then state - "I'll take it pending an answer to my question." It's simple.
Had that been posted in any prior reply, I would have never looked twice. It wasn't, the rule states it was still open for purchase.
End of story.
I even posted a link to how I handled a prior purchase that I had a question about.
Again... following the rules as posted for all to abide by.

Well this is what I have to say about it I have bitched and complained about this so many of times you would think that people that are on here making this site what it is today and this is a great site to get a lot of stuff but you would think that when someone asks a question that person should have the opportunity to get a response from the seller before we move on to the next customer just like if you where inline at McDonald’s the rules make it like throwing hamburgers to a school of piranhas let’s change the rules to make it more friendly to buy something than to bring out the meaningless bickering that simple rule change would fix this whole problem and when someone asks you something about what you are selling please do not Ignore them that’s just not right but Don if you read this I really believe if you change that one part of the rules we will never have this problem again thanks SS Custom Fuel Tanks
