You can get CF RODS from McMaster Carr
CF tubes: carbonfibertubeshop. You can get sanded tubes do they slip easily into the next size.

Just an FYI, most of the tubes for older Eagles were pulltruded fiberglass. Goodwinds is the best source for the older style hollow booms. I guess some of the newer ones are using solid carbon booms.

Good winds supplies telescopic pultruded tube. U want pultuded tube. Not spiral wound

Tube will snap before the sponson explodes. Everybody has what they prefer and everybody has what they know works. That's what I like about this forum ideas from all directions
