Can someone help identify this hull..picked up locally. What I know is it was repainted by a automotive body tech about 10 years ago according to him. Hull measures 31 inches long.

I am not sure think that make his own design mono “ Magic” from Texas and I don’t remember that “ name “company but I just heard bad company then shut close business
