G30 in the background?

I'm doing a conversion of one of your boats now,

I have Ed Fishers 1974 Northwind record boat, and it's almost back to running order, funny I see the klampon-ki mentioned here also, I have one in almost running order + a set of plans

It's every bit as fast as a lynx , I'll be ordering at least 2 one for fe, and one to bolt a os to.

Just threw together a wood tunnel I raced in the 80's, I set it up as a p- limited I love that lower unit mod, getting that cg low is probably going to do wonders on how that old tunnel handles bit here's mine

Your situation sounds exactly like a vendor i have dealt with that frequents and sells here on iw. Curious was it a cowling for a tunnelhull?

No problem. Wasn't this particular klampon but early to mid 80`s my dad picked one up at a hobby expo with a 7.5 k&b. We ran that thing around a lake for hours before I went with him to a race at the Kent lagoon here in Wa. When I seen this at our last hobby expo I couldn't resist the nostalgia.

interesting thread. I know this boat has been around Dist.8 for a longer than me, but it was my first boat, my dad originally got it from Tom Dudley , but from what I had understood it had several hands in its history, including your dad JR. I got it around 35 yrs ago.
