Wes The pipe is 16 inch long 2.25 diameter, Header is 7/8 diameter. Header is used but pipe new. No dings or dents but light scratches from living in the drawer. Let me know if it is what your looking for. Joe

From memory from many years ago the block was wedge cut and to be placed under the front sponson and set the ride surface to the water. It was a good start set up but running the hull and adjust for the best results.
