How's it goin eh~

I have been into rc boating for about 10 years. My brother Nile and friend John take our boats out every sunday. We call ourselves the Mad Boaters. We do not belong to a club. The nearest club is about 100 miles away. I doubt we would join anyway. We like to do our own thing..no rules..drink beer.

My interests are anything mechanical. I have two brothers that I'm close to. We have worked on machines since we were old enough to pick up a wrench. We have built Hot Rods Motorcycles and you name it. My older brother Nile and I have been building rc boats for 10 years now. It's a great hobby. I am into 1/8 Hydro's-Gas and Nitro. I have built a few double planked mahogany speed boats from scratch. We have built many glass boats. We make our own molds and have tried all different hull types from rigger's to hydro's. We also design and make all our own hardware and drives.One of the nicest boats I have built is my Chris Craft 24' runabout that I kit bashed. O.S. 91 with a Graupner jet-drive. My prize boat is my Pro Boat 1/8 Miss Llumar that I have modified extensively.
