Little trivia.........please identify these boats.........mainly the fiberglass one 2nd from top

I raced with Dick, his son Collin, and his daughter Danielle back in late 80’s and early 90’s. Left Wichita in 2003 and haven’t heard from them. Dick was real good friends with Terry Dobson. They have most likely passed on, but they were a competitive group. He was always doing something with...

    Picco .65 disc rotor

I was looking at some boxes I haven’t opened for a while, and there they were, 4 brand new rotors in original package. So I’m good for now. Thanks

    Balancing side to side

So what is the best balancer and set up is best ? Is there such a thing as over analyzing the setup ? I don’t like the cones either. The set up should “somehow” locate off the bore. Cones locate off the edge or chamfer of the bore. Just my thoughts.

    Balancing side to side

Wow, you guys are great. I’ve learned a lot in the past 2 days. Really appreciate everyone sharing their knowledge. You can’t find information like this everywhere. I’ll let you know how the balance comes out on this. Thank You.

    Balancing side to side

Is there a video or diagram that shows where exactly you are talking about? And why from each blade? The blade on the far side in the video seems to be the heavy one. I’m still in the learning stage. Thanks for the reply.

    Balancing side to side

When balancing a prop and the prop does not have a heavy side but balances side to side, but does not randomly stop and always stops side to side, where do you remove material on the prop to get it to randomly stop. I can send a video if needed. I’ve had feedback that the prop is still out of...

    1991 APBA Nationals

This is great. I emailed APBA Propeller Magazine telling them what I was looking for. See what they come up with. Surely this info is out there somewhere.

    1991 APBA Nationals

Back in 1991 at the APBA Nationals in Mosby, Mo., I won the Scale Unlimited class. I’m trying to find any documented information on this event. There was also a boating magazine that covered this event and was pictured in this magazine. Any info I could get my hands on would be appreciated. Thanks.
