I am getting a hydto ready for a friend, and when i was hooking th e gas line up to the carb (on the bottom of the carb) i noticed that there was a barbed fitting on the other side of the carb under the primer bulb. I have never seen that before, what is it for ??? Do I just leave it or what???

that's the ones i use on all the hydros ; i put a piece of polished aluminum for the mirror.

Mike, i use a progresso soup can (the bottom resembles a turbine) and wrap it with the color cloth with bands around it and hot melt it to the underneath. get a plastic cup with the tight angle. paint it silver. (looks pretty scale)

I put a piece of light cardboard inside of the engine compartment and draw a line all thr way from front to back where the cowling is going to be ,cut it out and transfer that curve to the cowl. good luck
