All the parts I've done for this have been made from PLA. I've settled on Polymaker Pro series PLA. Prints nice and seems to hold up well. One of my printers is equipped with an enclosure and filter so I can run ABS if need be. But PLA is easier to work with in general.

Hi Mark, 1. When redesigning my Allison pipes I modeled the stack separate. I can turn it to whatever angle, or swap it for a different stack design as needed. My original plan was to just have different exhaust "plugs" that can fit in the hole of the turbo, and people can pick/pose whichever...
