Strut length on a .21 mono

I'm putting together a 37" AC Wave Slave boat and the instructions show to run the prop under the boat as a submerged drive. I'm guessing that I should ingore this and set it up as a surface drive? If so where should I start off with the strut length?

I'll measure mine tonight, excellent boat, runs fast in all water conditions. I'm running with a P5 and a 215 prop just ballanced and sharpened surface drive. I love it! It's fast and stable in the corners aswell.
