So what's the trick to making a Cobra turn without hooking?

I am sitting hear looking at your picture of the engine and it's not straight on the transom.The top of the engine is to the left.That means the skid is to the right on the bottom.That is what I see in the picture.Try straightening the engine on the transom and see what it will do.

I think that is the angle of the camera but I will double check that. Thanks for the suggestion.
