This is what I got from Billy G when I bought mine.
Obviously all setup is done on a flat table.
First set the boat on the table without the rear sponsons attached. Then set the strut flat on the table with the back edge of the transom .803" high off the table. (I think this measurement is .75" if the boat is flat on the bottom)
Now move to the front sponsons and adjust angle to 3.0-3.3 with the right sponson slightly lower than the left.
Attach the rear sponsons so they touch the table and set the rear angle to 1.5-1.8 degrees.
Now you can set the strut angle, set it to .08 degrees down angle and flush with the rear sponsons.
Set the turnfin so the trailing edge is 1/4"-3/4" in front of the boats balance point. ( I would set it closer to 1/4" as too far forward made the boat very twitchy)
Sponsons are centered and square to the tub with no toe in.
Props- 1445, 1450, h4, h5, h7
Also prop weight should be 15%-18% of boat weight.
