Prop balancer

I asked this question befor and got 1 responce so I'll try again. What is the preferred balancer used now days? I use the old twin razor blade set up with a hardened steel shaft.

But was being made my a U.S. company,, I started using it, and liked it's sesitivity for the smaller 21 sized props

I used the twin razor set up for many years, I would just make sure it nice and clean and level,I currently am using the AquaCraft B9575 It is well crafted and it not exspensive, and has the senitivity you'll need.
