What is the most affordable paint set up. (compressor and gun)

Please keep in mind my pockets aren't deep.

Look for a small HVLP setup, they can be found for a few hundred.

Harbor Freight has a 20 oz HVLP gravity feed gun on sale thru 10-31-11, Item # 47016 for the large sum of $9.99. Don't laugh, I have one and I use it for everything from spraying PVA, primer, paint to gel-coat.

hi j, northern tools has some good hplv guns for under $100 all different size tips.i think they were called valpar? mike.

Yup ....Cheap detail gun will do anything you need with wonderful results with good conditions ,and good filtered paint .

ive had a few of the HVLP guns from Harbor Freight for about 2 years now. They seem nicely made. One day i might actually use em.
