Someone here on IW was making replacement titanium rods for many motor brands do a search on here to find out who it was that makes them.

Thanks again Larry, you've been very helpful, very much appreciated. Looks like the rod I have is around the right length. So it now looks like I can only drop the liner 0.5mm before the bottom of the piston opens up the exh port. A longer rod will only make that worse.

Larry, would you have a parts listing or just a part number for the piston/liner for the 65 disc engine. Thanks
