Discovered something the hard way.... :p

When you want to replace the 2 o-rings on the needle, there is right way and a wrong way (guess which I picked). :lol:

It isnt obvious, but there is a teflon tube on the threads of the needle and if you pull the needle out thru the plastic purple piece you WONT be able to reinstall the needle back thru the purple piece w/o the teflon tubing getting crimped out and damaged. So leave the needle thru the purple piece when replacing the o-rings. Just an FYI for those who didnt know.

i found out this the same way you did. screw the needle IN, as far as you can, cut off the old orings, and install new ones.dow corning makes some oring lube that is wonderful stuff, but very pricy, it makes oring install a lot easier
