Nylon countersunk washers, where to buy?

I’m struggling trying to find anyone that sells countersunk nylon washer or finishing washers. Trying to make my own but I don’t have a drill press and it just ain’t working.

How about Delron washers.Better then plastic ones.What size do you need.OD, size hole thru the center.I can make you some.Thing about nyl if you tighten down to tight they will spiit.I see you are close to Dayton,oh that is were i am from.
