is that 21" plus the stub shaft, or an overall size, ?? I need a shaft thats at lest 19" plus the stub shaft, ,if it's 21 plus the shaft, I will take it!!

Yes I took it out and measures it....cable is 20 1/4" shaft is 3 1/4"
