Todd,

Try a X-450/3 propeller on it to start out with.

Last turbine I did one for ran 105 MPH on a X-450/3.

It will depend on your gearbox set up though.

It is a 1/6th scale. It was built by Peter Mueller, and now the only one left in the country built by him. I do know if you google search rc scale turbine hydroplanes, a bunch of info does come up.

Wow How many of speed " RPM" run ?

It is set at the low from jetcat at 28,000 RPM, but can be set at 35,000 RPM once I get used to it.
