I have the propane flow meter from tidewater I flow at 40 inches and the air gauge is at 7.8 normally 6 to 7 is the norm for a .45 but there are a lot of variances my .45 vac with port work .008 on the head clearence and stock timing runs best at 7.8 to 8.0 with a nitro pipe set at 9 1/4 to 9 1/2

Gen 3, 80 flowed thru fuel filter, needle with carb wide open. Works for me.

Btw, these numbers are greatly affected by the amount of oil, viscosity, wether you run straight synthetic or a mix of synthetic and castor in your fuel mix.

Thanks guys... john is just looking for initial range setup on his 3rd channel more or less... per radio setup... just getting "in the park"... Avoiding a lean initial start etc... I can check the propane numbers for you if need be... with Ray's number swing the thing maybe 70 to 90 give or take.... lmk Mike

John,

Around 40 to 50 on my Gen 2 version, but we are flowing a ton more fuel than most.

Hope This Helps,

Mark Sholund
