motor mount isolators

I went to McMaster-Carr to order isolaters and noticed they have rubber and neoprene which is better?

Rubber. I have some how many you need?

I have one that gave out but I was gonig to replace all 4. If you have a bunch i will take a couple extra. (they are 5/8 diameter and 1/2 long)
