moded K&B 7.5cc outboard stub shaft

i was going through some of my 7.5 outboard stuff today and found a stub shaft that has been moded its had a new bush made and pressed in from the prop side and small ball race bearing in the back

anyone know who made these and do they still do them

i think tim at precision boats is no longer making boat parts. i called them about 2 years ago and that was the message, maybe they are back in it ????
