Does anyone know the I.D. if a MAC 15CC stinger?

They vary a little but .420 in.

Is there enough wall thickness to do that?

yes plenty have done it to all of the ones I have run. If not it will choke the eng up to much.

Testing today the crankpin broke off on my VAC91. what did you do when you broke yours?

Bill never broke a crank pin.

Broke the rod on the VAC with the 1.01 P/S in it.

Did the big rear crank bearing lock up?

The bearings feel smooth and free, but I am changing them as long as I have it apart. The break looks like a metal fracture.
