I'm pretty sure that's an OPS 3270. A 3280 has a little bigger diameter at the cone and Is about 3/8" longer. Although I don't know how close OPS held the lengths. It could be a 3280, but without more precise measurements I can't be sure. It should measure 1.4" at the cone If It's a 3280.

1.45 at the weld. It appears to have been shortened. Was told it was an OPS.
