i have a sullivan starter that i believe to be new laying around but it doesn't have the v pulley it just has the standard aluminum pulley can it be changed to a v pulley

I have one still in the original box with the aluminum pulley. Looks exactly like the pic you posted. Will get a picture and check it over later this evening. Used it for a heli years ago.
