Can this hull be made into a proper FE hull

I am not sure. I don't see why not though, its exactly the same length and beam as the FE version. I don't know what the difference is. Maybe someone can chime in.

the FE hull is taller for the batteries , an it will hard to place motor in the right spot .

the motor is back in the hull inline with the turn fin some what,
