That's an old Aerotech "J" Pipe for a 40 size engine. Good running pipe with a lot of torque.

Mitch will this work on my 7.5 kb outboard(.45)
Yeah it'll work great on your K&B. We used to run that combo a while back before we started running Rossi's and Nelsons. To be honest, I have no idea what pipe length we ran. Just put it on the boat, run it, and then keep shortening it by about 3/8" until the pipe until the boat lags pulling up out of the corner and then when that happens, pull it back out that last 3/8". That's usually a pretty good rule of thumb because every engine is different. A good x448, x450 or a 1450 were usually pretty good prop choices for us.

Hope this helps,

Thx Mitch the first two props are octura, what prop is the 1450,Im currently running a 235 prather any idea if it will push a 240

The 1450 is an Octura as well. And I'm not really sure about the 240. I have never tried one on my setup before.
