CC,

What is the weather like there today?

-Carl
are you asking me? If so, i wasnt there (planned on it, but leaving sunday for big race next week so just couldnt swing both), but accuweather says it was high 40's low 50's most of the morning, then warmed up into the 60's with more wind.

Tomorrow is supose to be pretty much the same, but with the winds picking up @ 14mph w/ 31mph gusts.

Terry,

I couldn't make it out there. I would like to show up this spring. That is a good placde for records. It's @sea level and has a row of trees on the far side. K-Zamit knows how to burn the Straight Lines down there doesn't he?

-Carl,

Weather was great today. The "n" outbd Tunnel SAW fell today thanks to David Hall. The P Outbd Tunnel 1/4 mile oval Record also went down thanks to Paul Traffler. Mark Bullard killed the 1/4 mile Oval record for Twin Hydro. I got the first 1/4 mile oval record for Gas Crackerbox a really, really slow record, but it is till a record.

Flint has a couple of guys that know what time it is too. ;)

Bill I think Paul said he took some time off of the P Hydro 1/4 mile record.

Congratulations fellas!

Good luck tomorrow,

D.

The report I got was that David did raise the N O/B 1/4 oval record yesterday. I'm pretty sure that was done with a 27" Lynx. ;)

David set the P O/B Tunnel 1/3 oval record on Oct 15th.

Boaters,

Quite a few new records coming out of Huntsville today.

Two lap 1/4 mile oval

F-Hydro- David Hall / Did it with a JAE-45 w/80 motor

Twin Hydro- Julian Conde / RR 101 Twin

And they are still playing with nice weather down there.

Thanks,

Mark Sholund

It's the battle of the twins. Mark just showed up again. So we will see what happens.

Julian

Congratulations Julian, you killed the killer.

and congratulations to D. Hall.

What was the times.

Just left the lake. Right after I got there the wind and air went bad. Tried three runs with many trys in each run and could not get the boat to go under 18 seconds. The conditions were better yesterday, still had more and should have lowered it more when I had the chance. Julian hit the time just right this morning with his first time in the water. He told me that he could not get under 18 seconds after the air went bad and the wind got up. Another front started moving in around noon. But good job to Julian. He did well and both boats are record boats on the right day.
