Special Rate is $49.00 + TAX

This is for the April 1st thru 3rd Records Trial SAW and 1/3rd mile Oval

We are requesting that each individual call in to reserve their room by calling our Group Reservations Department at

256-533-0756. Please ask for LA QUINTA INN HUNTSVILLE SPACE CENTER and Group#: 172. Please also state the room type that you are requesting, arrival and departure dates as well as smoking preference by 3/18/2011. After this date the rooms will be released to make room for other guests and future reservations will be subject to rate and availability.

This is for the April 29th thru May 1st RACE

We are requesting that each individual call in to reserve their room by calling our Group Reservations Department at

256-533-0756. Please ask for LA QUINTA INN HUNTSVILLE SPACE CENTER and Group#: 173. Please also state the room type that you are requesting, arrival and departure dates as well as smoking preference by 4/15/2011. After this date the rooms will be released to make room for other guests and future reservations will be subject to rate and availability.

This is for the October 14th thru 16th Records Trial SAW and 1/3rd mile Oval

Please also state the room type that you are requesting, arrival and departure dates as well as smoking preference by 9/30/2011. After this date the rooms will be released to make room for other guests and future reservations will be subject to rate and availability.

This is for the November 11th thru 13th Records Trial SAW and ****¼ mile Oval ****

We are requesting that each individual call in to reserve their room by calling our Group Reservations Department at

Please also state the room type that you are requesting, arrival and departure dates as well as smoking preference by 10/28/2011. After this date the rooms will be released to make room for other guests and future reservations will be subject to rate and availability.

This is for the November 26th SAW and ****¼ mile Oval**** and November 27th Records Trial SAW and 1/3mMile Oval.

Please also state the room type that you are requesting, arrival and departure dates as well as smoking preference by 11/12/2011. After this date the rooms will be released to make room for other guests and future reservations will be subject to rate and availability.

Just to let all of the out of towners know if your planning to attend our Apr 1st records trial you need to get your hotel reservations made today it's the last day they will hold the rooms for the special rate. After today the room rate is based on availability.

If you plan to attend any of the events at the Huntsville race site you must get your reservation made at least 2 weeks prior to the event otherwise the hotel my not honor the special rate. If for some reason you decide not to attend you can always cancel your reservation according to the cancelation policy of the hotel and not be charged.
