All HTBs come with a radio box and Rusty uses no vinyl, the logo is most likely paint.

Guess I better start tunin up my 290

Rusty uses absolutely no vinyl or decals, all of it is paint. He is a master and he puts the H&R logo on his work. That will tell all who has painted that masterpiece.
