I did not know i ran out of pipe pressure fitting but needed one to test a new boat. I ended up making one using 1/8" K&S brass tubing. It actually work quite well.

I first used a 6-32 die to cut the outside thread. Then I anneal only the area where I will make the bend. Insert a weed whacker cord and bend the tubing 90 degrees. I inserted a drill bit in the straight section to help make the bend. Finally Lock-Tite the fitting.

The fitting held up. I am going to leave it on just to see how long it will last.

I've done this in an emergency...
Take a brass 6-32 screw, cut the head flat (thin)
with a Dremel wizz wheel..
drill a hole all the way thru the center of the screw. A drop of red locktite and brass nut.

Boom - instant pipe tap.
