This came on a boat I purchased, the previous owner was Billy Clark from Ohio whom is supposedly a known for building and racing boats in his area. The boat is in perfect condition and well built, looks like it hardly saw the water. The leg was broke during shipping to me, I have the missing piece, see pic with red circle for location.
