For Sale: OPS 67 & pipes

For Sale: OPS 67 & PIPES. Sitting around for years. Can anyone use this engine or pipes. The engine ran fine some 5 years ago, oiled it and put it out of sight out of mind. Found it today, great compression, appears it might need bearings they feel rough when rolled over. I know nothing about the pipes. Bottom pipe in pic is sold.

Can someone use this engine and the two pipes for $60 plus S&H
