flex cable or piano wire

I'm rebuilding a Dumas Hot Shot Sprint 7.5 and I have question for you guys:

Do you use the big blue and yellow plastic flex cable (airplane cable) or the hard piano wire for steering linkage????

Or maybe something else??

I wat to have a reliable and easy set up.

I would either use the hard ware (4-40 Rods) or a Cable setup, not the plastic cables.

440 rods and dont put bends in them or they will flex. one on each side pull-pull If you go to Mark Hoppers site HTBBOATS.com you can see setup tips
