Okay, now that I've opend the can of worms regarding forming a new club, how do you guys enforce non-compliant usage of the club facilities..ie, folks who don't want to join the club but will show up during the middle of the week, unsupervised and run while no one is around, thus making all insurance policies null and void ??

We have inside resources to bring the Local Sheriffs office into the equation, but that seems like a last resort at this point.....

Make so there is written permission from the owner. Then if someone runs without permission, call the law. That's what we do with hard-heads.

Like they say, don't take the law into your own hands.

No problem with unwelcome guests, but thieves keep walking away with our retrieve boat. :angry: We've got the thing locked up in an enclosure but they always seems to break in. I wish we had a poucher problem so they can rid us of turtles. :lol: :lol:
