Guys,

I read while I was looking for a new charger that a lipo never may charged over 1.5amp True or false? I race 7.4v 4000mah packs in my cat and it may take almost 4hrs to fully charge it if I charge at 1.5amp. I charge my packs normally at 4amps and only get 2100mah out of the packs. Hre is the link: http://cgi.ebay.nl/RC-Lipo-battery-Balance...93%3A1|294%3A50

Hope someone has the right answer

I would not buy that charger. There are a lot of chargers on the market that will better suit your application. Check with your local H/S & talk with them to find a charger that will work best for you.

Hi

If you get 2100 from 4000, Either the batts are poor and drop voltage quickly, making the cutoff activate.. or the cutoff is set too high..

Check pack voltage when it trips next and see if it is at 3.2V per cell..

Ive gained good chargers from http://hobbycity.comhttp://hobbycity.com

The Hyperion Duo is a great charger that will charge up to 4S packs at 2C to a maximum of 10 amps. High quality lipos are fine with this.

Thanks for your comment. I have the RC-Power 601BC and an Imax B6 with integrated powersupply is on its way. How do I set the cutoff lower
