Found it. It the Team Associated one. Gets the pipe nice and short to spin the prop to the moon. Cant get these anymore. Discontinued. I had a spare for my 2 motors and it can now be yours.

Great header! I’ve been using these for several years thanks to Mark Sholund who told me about them. Lighter weight also run pipe at a shorter length & further away from side of the engine/tub when compared to Factory Nova .12 Header.
