    Engine care

Hi How often do you take your engines apart? Not completly, but just carburator and head! I find myself, having to do it every time I have been boating. Not a biggi, but there might be a better way of doing things, than I have been doing them. Especially my needle (assembly) gets rusty if I...

    offshore riggers from japan!

Straight fuel?? Is that Methanol and oil but no nitro? I'm guessing it is.. That's the stuff, the guys from Sweden, has been using the past few years. They modify their engines to run without nitro(don't know how!)and it seems to work out just fine. On a swedish forum, I once saw, they had...

Infact Locktight 648(red) holds up just fine ;) Just make sure your flex and endshaft are nice and clean.. Rince with alcohol, apply locktight and put the parts together. Let it dry for 24 hours. Now you have a nealy unbreakeble joint. And the good part! If/when your flex gets old and out...

best way to keep your radio box dry

Offcause MikeP has a good point. And I try to do the same, but as insurence I like to throw in a couple of tampons. I have found a water absorbant mineral(salt). this I put in a small package made of a stocking. This absorbs any water vapor in the box-air. Morten

    Sprintboat

I'm thinking buggy engine with clutchbell and spur, to get the RPM right. Cooling should not be problem ;) I guess you guys are more racers than tras and bashers. Me beeing just me, I think I would have lot of fun throwing the boat around a tight course. ;D

    Sprintboat

Have any of you guys ever made a sprintboat? Not with a big gas engine but with one or two .21 nitro engines. The jet drive makes it easy, for the engine, to turn the impreller.(i'm told) Therefore it should be possible to use nitro engines, making the hull smaller/lighter and thus faster...
