Another question from a newbie on these gas Thunderboats. How much ventilation is really needed on the Zip SLR Missile? I cut the front air inlets out per the pattern in the build book. I cut out pretty much the entire cockpit bottom area as shown, as well as the boat's stock laser cut out side vents. Does the top deck need really need the large slots per the instructions? I have seen some boats that just have a couple of clam shell vents on the top deck. I drew a couple of spots on the top left deck where the pipe's max ID is as well as the exit pipe joint. Should I do a clam-shell type vent in these areas too? Any advice would be appreciated.

Mine is done as per the instructions and it has no heat issues.

Same here done by the instructions. Your boat is looking good.

How did you put the instrument panel together? I'd like to do the same for mine.
