It will over lap in the middle of the rear cone.
Also some 1" tape with out tails to build up the stinger so the small sock will conform to it.
have some 3 to 1 heat shrink on the way also in the 3" size.
With the stinger build up this should gust shrink enough.
This is one pricy pipe to say the least.
This thing better Fing work...............................LOL

Looks like it will take some time in the oven to set this stuff up good.
4hr at 250deg to cure.
1-2hr at 350deg post cure
Then a final 16hr at 450deg to get all you can out of it.

I am going to do a test cure first to see how it sets up before I heat it up.
Thy said warm up the resin to 100 deg first.
It should set up enough to hold it shape before I stick it in the oven.

Well the 4460 dose not set up at room temp needs 250deg to set up.
Wax test at 250deg it melted.
SO you can not use the 4460.
Will call tomorrow and see if the 4461 that sets up at room temp is gust a different hardener with the same resin to try and salvage a few $$.
So no need to ponder if the 4460 resin will work with a wax mold it will NOT>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Well the CF pipe did not work out as I planed .
The pipe is to big and to much transition for one CF tube to do it all.
So ordered some aluminum stock and will build it out of that.
Well that set me back a few $$ and lots of time waiting around.
Live and learn.
Will play with it later in life when I have more time.
Should have this pipe ready to go by and ready to test by the end of Oct.

BAM!!!!!!!!!!!! TUNE PIPE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
