The water cooling heads from P80 and EXR are the same ( except the later one piece cooling heads).
Chris when you have some more, i will be interested in one.

Let me know dimensions, I have a few picco 80s broken down and will measure for you

The dia outside is 50mm, inner approx 40 mm and the overall height is approx 15 mm. Dimensions in inch 1.97, 1.6 and 0.6.

Look at two bolts broke but need replace crankcase engine because hardly repairs threads “ rust” on the case Good luck
