Thanks to every one, I never thought of braking the sharp edge of the end of the clip. I should be good to go. I really like that tool, I may make one.

Never break any sharp edge at the ends.

You really do not want the ends deburred. It needs the sharp ends to dig in and catch it in the groove.

The sharp ends are what keep it in place so it can not rotate.
