Great pictures, very cool project again like all the others you've done. Learned alot about mouldmaking. Need to make my own mould a custom cowl for my gascanard. Will try something similar i think.

What kind of plaster are you using?

I have used hydocal white and ultracal 30. I like the ultracal 30 it had a longer working time before it sets. they both work just fine.

Hi Mike, did you already try it? How did it run?

I have been out 2 times with it and had problems with fuel flow. The second time out I finally found the problem. I got rust in the fuel filter, found lots of the crap in the metal tanks. I guess I took too long before I used them. I think I got them cleaned out but not to sure about them now.

I got to see it run at speed a couple of times, very briefly but enough to know it's going to be nice. Going out for more this weekend.
