When did CMB make this motor

I need help with trying to figure out when CMB made a square headed 90

i think this motor was the first CMB 90 and it was built in 1978.

Yes, it is a decent motor. Itˋs the first in a long line of very successful motors till today.

Most of those engines had a ring. Not good for high nitro. If memory serves the original carb had about 300 parts and wasn't reliable.
